Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be returned within 7 working days, and return shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer.
You may return a product if:
- It is damaged or defective.
- It is not in good condition upon delivery.

You received a different product than what you ordered.
Please ensure that:
- The product is unused,
- Returned in the same condition as received,

Packed in its original packaging with all tags.
If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
If you open the package and find the product damaged, contact our customer care immediately.
Note:
Products damaged during use are not eligible for return or replacement.
Products that have been assembled or installed cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated once we receive the returned product.
- If you paid by Credit Card or Net Banking, the refund will be processed back to the same account.

If you paid by Cheque or DD, a refund cheque will be sent to your billing address.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days.
Please note that delays caused by your bank or card issuer are beyond our control.
If we are unable to replace a damaged or defective product, a full refund will be issued.
