Fast & Reliable Delivery
At Precise Sports Store, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Most products ordered on store.precisesports.com are delivered within 7 working days (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next working day.
Large or heavy shipments may take up to 15 days, and in rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to technical issues or operational errors. Whenever such delays happen, we make sure to resolve them at the earliest.
For orders paid via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallets, the delivery timeline starts only after the payment has been successfully verified.
What Is Not Covered Under Guaranteed Delivery?
1. Customer Unavailability
If the courier attempts delivery within the promised time but is unable to hand over the package due to unavailability, the delay is not counted.
Couriers may or may not call before arriving.
To avoid delays, you may contact the nearest courier branch using the tracking details provided.
2. Cheque / Demand Draft Orders
Delays in sending or depositing Cheque/DD may result in products going out of stock. In such cases, we will update you with the next availability date or arrange a refund.
3. Remote or Outskirts Locations
Addresses located in remote areas or outside main city limits may require additional delivery time.
4. Out-of-Stock Products
If any item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you and ship as soon as new stock arrives. If required, we can also initiate a refund.
5. Festive Seasons
During high-traffic periods (e.g., festive seasons, holidays, or large public events), courier delays are natural. We request your patience and recommend tracking your shipment regularly.
6. Weather or Natural Conditions
Heavy rains, flooding, or other natural disruptions may lead to unavoidable delays.
Shipping Charges & Taxes
- All listed prices on our website include standard shipping charges for serviceable locations across India.
- Door delivery refers to ground-floor delivery only.
- Deliveries to remote areas or non-serviceable pin codes may require additional freight charges. For an accurate quote, please contact us.

Any local taxes such as Octroi, State Entry Charges, or Municipal Levies (where applicable) must be paid by the customer directly to the courier.
Additional Shipping Information
- We try to ship all items in a single parcel, but in some cases, products may be shipped separately due to size, availability, or courier restrictions.
- Some pin codes may not be serviceable. If so, you will be notified during checkout and asked to provide an alternate pin code.
- Each order can be delivered to one shipping address only. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
